1990 huh? Well I've only met one other Jessa in my life and she spelt it with an "h" on the end. She could of even been a "Jessica" and used Jessa for short for all I know.
I've never seen either of my sons names on any popular list so I'm happy about that. I know Jody was big int he 70's, not so much now.
I have a friend who took so long to name her baby (months!) that Vital Statistics contacted her and said she really had to choose something. But it's a big responsibility! My crazy sister suggested "Jedediah" for a boy, and "Hepzibah" for a girl; thank goodness those didn't catch on...

in 1990, jessa was the number one most popular girls name, but i still haven't met another jessa.
