We went to the glass studio and got a great glass blowing demonstration, we visited the Kootenay Forge and saw some metalworks. My favourite part of the day had to be the North Woven Broom Company. The brooms were amazing! The couple who own and operate the company make all of the brooms themselves and made the broom for the Harry Potter movies and the new Bewitched movie. The brooms are really well priced and they ship them all over the world.
I know, I sound like a commercial for The North Woven Broom Company.
