Ha! Saw the movie a million times during a Stanley Kubrick course I took at uni - and wrote a paper on it! AND live and work at a resort that will be basically deserted over the winter! With a labyrinth!
People have already mentioned The Shining to me...I'm trying NOT to be creeped out.
Reet reet; okay, I did work in a hotel when the Shining came to the local theatre in Banff, but I didn't go to the show when the roommates, I read the book - that was enough! My boyfriend at the time actually worked a cleaning shift through the night at the Banff Springs which was said to be Stephen King's inspiration for the hotel and from all accounts the cleaning staff were a jumpy bunch.
But wandering coyote's current workplace, the whole package, the LABYRINTH? YIKES, you've got chuzpah!

Oh yeah, that one is really freaky.
Maybe this will help. It's so completely hilarious, I swear.

Poppy: Yes, my mind has definitely been playing tricks on me.
W C: Wow! A deserted hotel in the winter with a Labyrinth! Now that IS creepy. What are you going to do?
G L: That was one of the funniest things I have seen in a long time. Thank you. It totally takes the piss out the The Shining.
I highly recommend it.

JL: I'm going to enjoy the quiet!
Mind you, the labyrinth is a brick structure on the ground, not a maze. Cool nonetheless...
Still, you are a brave woman.
